The motivation of the Open Minds Project is to facilitate people to help and develop themselves and the centre is in existence for this purpose. The aim of the project is to develop, cultivate and nurture awareness and understanding

It will do this by providing access to facilites that develop the physical, mental and emotional needs of the individual. Is's holistic approach to growth recognises that healthy and balanced living requires attention to all aspects of ones being: body, mind and emotion. 
By taking personal responsibility and action you can enhance and create a more balanced lifestyle by using these principles and applying them with common-sense to your daily life.

This project aims through its practices , teachings, motivational lectures , common sense and lifestyle planning, to provide an opportunity to create a space to nurture and support new healthy habits.

Near Future Plans: Finding and Maintaining Healthy Relationships, Effective Communication, Quality leadership Programme, Creating a Future Different From Our Past.

Long Term Goal: To provide a self sustaining, co-operative that encompasses the needs of it's particapants.
